“Durga: A Sonic exploration” is an immersion into the mythology and mantra of Durga. Uncover the richness in the story of Durga and then be masterfully guided through asana practice with the incredible Christine Price Clark, steeped in a sonic landscape inspired by Durga and created live by loop artist and teacher Amy Thiessen (Sundari Studios).
The mythology of Durga teaches us to be both strong & tender; to engage fully, face our challenges, and yet to act with a depth of love & compassion.
To close we will join our voices together in mantra and invoke the energy of Durga’s wisdom & guidance.
